Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's divorce proceedings have reportedly been postponed to August. The 30-year-old actress, who had sought divorce from her 53-year-old actor husband citing irreconcilable differences and alleged domestic violence, has also been granted a temporary restraining order against Depp.

According to a report in People magazine, the legal formalities seem to have taken a toll on the Rum Diary star. On Saturday (25 June), Heard was spotted visiting a church in Los Angeles, dressed in a simple black top and blue jeans, with her blonde locks falling over her shoulders.

However, she was later photographed getting emotional and leaning on her close friend Amanda De Cadenet for comfort.

British talk show host Cadenet has been by Heard's side from the very beginning, ever since she filed for the formalities to end her marriage with the Pirates Of The Caribbean actor.

Cadenet, 44, was there on Saturday too, comforting Heard with embraces as the Drive Angry star reportedly had an emotional breakdown. Reports suggest that the TV personality had retweeted on the micro-blogging site support for Heard after the actress claimed in court documents that Depp had bruised her with a cell phone.

On the other hand, the Alice Through The Looking Glass star too seems to be stressed over the divorce proceedings. "He has no plans to return to LA," a source told the magazine about Depp, who is currently spending time in the Bahamas. Perhaps occasional visits by his 17-year-old daughter Lily Rose Depp appear to be keeping him in good spirits. "He misses nothing about LA but his kids, and they are visiting him in the Bahamas," the source added.

"Having his kids around is always great for him. He has really missed his kids," the insider revealed about Depp, adding: "He likes being surrounded by people and everyone is trying to cheer him up."
