Preview: The Republic of Ireland can go top of Group B this evening if they can record a regulation win over Andorra.

The Repuiblic of Ireland defeated the southern European nation 3-1 in Dublin last year and will hope for a similar score to keep automatic qualification for the Euro 2012 Finals in Poland the Ukraine in their own hands.

With just two matches remaining in Group B, Republic of Ireland sit second in the group, trailing to Russia, knowing full well that a Russian slip will hand them control of their own destiny.

Republic of Ireland manage Giovanni Trapattoni will be able to pick his strongest squad, with the expectation if Richard Dunne who is is suspended after picking up a yellow card in the Republic's 0-0 draw with Russia last month.

Darren O'Dea is set to partner Sean St Ledger in the heart of the Irish defence this evening with Aston Villa goalkeeper Shay Given starting in goal.

Andorra go into the game rooted to the bottom of Group B, having lost all eight of their previous qualifiers, scoring just one goal and conceding 17. Andorra scored just once in this campaign to date, in Dublin last year in a game the Republic won 3-1.
