The Android 4.4.2 KitKat system dump has leaked for Sony's large-screen smartphone, Xperia Z Ultra.

Recently, a user at bbs.gfan posted multiple screenshots of Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware running on Xperia Z Ultra. Android 4.4.2 with build number 14.3.A.0.681 leaked for the Xperia Z Ultra bearing model number C6833.

The leaked screenshots do not reveal many features about the new KitKat firmware but suggest the boot screen, power display and shortcut bar have been changed.

The screenshots are likely to have come from a leaked build. Thanks to EXR group at XDA, the system dump of Android 4.4.2 (14.3.A.0.681) for Xperia Z Ultra has leaked. The group has also shared the download link for 14.3.A.0.681 firmware system dump.

The leaked Android 4.4.2 firmware integrates a few goodies from the newly unveiled Xperia Z2 such as Simple Home launcher, Movie Creator and Answering Machine. A number of notable features such as 4K video, Timeshift video, Tap to wake, Smart call handling, Smart backlight control and Glove mode are missing in the leaked build, notes the Xperia Blog.

As this is a leaked firmware, there is no word on what features will come when Sony officially releases the Android KitKat update for Xperia Z Ultra.
