Android 5.0 Lollipop
Android 5.0.1 Lollipop OTA update is available for Android Wear devices Google

Google has started Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update for wearable devices powered with Android Wear. The over-the-air (OTA) update with build LWX48P is now available for devices such as Moto 360, LG G Watch, LG G Watch R, Samsung Gear Live and Sony Smartwatch 3.

Android Police managed to capture OTA links for the Android Wear devices except the Asus ZenWatch. You need ADB and Google USB drivers from the Android SDK in order to install these links. Reboot the watch into recovery mode then select Install Update from ADB. Then run adb sideload filename.zip through a command prompt.

Also, you can sideload an OTA update manually, if you can connect the Android Wear device to the computer via USB cable. Check out the download links for the Android Wear devices.
