Andy Murray begins his Olympic campaign back at Wimbledon against Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka in the first round of the tennis competition at London 2012.

After losing in the final at SW19 earlier this month to Roger Federer, Murray kicks off against his international counterpart before possible clashes with Jarko Nieminen, Richard Gasquet and Tomas Berdych, and a semi-final meeting with Novak Djokovic.

Should Murray reach the final he would against face his nemesis from Wimbledon, in Federer, who faces Alejandro Falla in round one, while Djokovic takes on Fabio Fognini, with a potential round two clash with Andy Roddick in the offing.

In the women's singles, Anne Keothavong has the daunting prospect of facing former world No.1 Caroline Wozniacki, but fellow Brits Heather Watson and Elena Baltacha have been handed presentable draws in the form of Spaniard Silvia Soler-Espinosa and Hungarian Agnes Szavay.

Wimbledon singles champion Serena Williams will face Jelena Jankovic in the tie of the first round while Maria Sharapova, who will carry the Russian flag during the opening ceremony, faces Israeli Shahar Peer.

Gold medalists from Beijing in both singles evests are absent from the draw with Rafael Nadal pulling out through injury and Elena Dementieva having retired in 2010.

In the men's doubles, Andy and Jamie Murray have been drawn with Austrian pair Jurgen Melzer and Alexander Peya while Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins will play French duo Julian Benneteau and Richard Gasquet.

Gold medalists from Beijing, Federer and Wawrinka will meet Kei Nishikori and Go Soeda in round one while Bob and Mike Bryan are paired with Brazilains Thomaz Bellucci and Andre Sa.

Britain's female doubles pairs have been given equally difficult draws to their male counterparts, with Watson and Laura Robson facing German's Angelique Kerber and Sabine Lisicki.

Baltacha and Keothavong take on Julia Goerges and Andre Petkovic, while Beijing gold medalists the Williams sisters will play Sorana Cirstea/Simona Halep.

The Olympic tennis competition kicks-off on Saturday 28 July with the preliminary rounds, with the finals from the main draws taking place over the weekend of the 4-5 August.
