Where to Watch Live

Kick-off is scheduled for 7:45pm BST. Live coverage of the game is available on ITV and ITV HD.

Overview

The Gunners have managed to recover from their dismal start to the season with back to back wins against Fenerbahce and Fulham, lending a sense of calm to the Arsenal faithful. The north London club started the league with a 3-1 loss to Aston Villa at home, conceding two penalties and having a man sent off in the process. However, Arsene Wenger's team responded with a 3-0 win over Fenerbahce in Turkey while opening their account in the league with a 3-1 win over Fulham.

Olivier Giroud made it three goals in three while Lukas Podolski opened his account with a brace which saw the Gunners sail through to secure their first win in the league. However, anxiety is still rife at the Emirates owing to a lack of transfers but Arsene Wenger has repeatedly stressed his ambition to spend and is likely to start making a splash with only six days left for the transfer window to close.

Fenerbahce will come into the game with a win under their belt, winning their Super Lig game 1-0 against Eskisehirspor, courtesy a second half strike from Dirk Kuyt. However, it is a long way back for the Turks, down three goals and coming to England with the Gunners having their tails up after a fantastic week with regards to results in the past week. The last time these two teams met at the Emirates was in 2008 in the group stages of the Champions League, which ended in a drab 0-0 draw.

What the Managers Say

Arsene Wenger(transfers): "You can see that many of the disputes you have all over the country are because managers speak about players. In our job it's just - be discrete and try to make things happen, that's what we try to do."

Ersun Yanal: "We will show everyone that what they saw during the first game is not real Fenerbahce. In my opinion, that was an accident. This is not reality and we will show what the reality is tomorrow."
