he Avenue comes equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area that converts into a bed that sleeps two. It also contains a 19-inch flat panel television and a dining table large enough to seat four guests. The vehicle seats eight comfortably and includes four swiveling chairs. The handcrafted leather seats and stainless steel appliances top it off quite stylistically.
The Airstream Avenue is set on a Chevrolet 3500 Series Express chassis and has a towing capacity of nearly 8,000 pounds. Additionally, it is the only Class B motorhome with side-impact airbags. It also comes standard with a 13,500 BTU air conditioner and 16,000 BTU furnace.
Since 1931, the company's steadfast philosophy to make improvements, and not just changes, has served it well. While there may be no place just like home, the Airstream Avenue is a five-star alternative home on wheels with plenty of room to spare.
