The identification process of the 50 bodies recovered from the Air France 447 has led to 11 bodies being recognised. Out of the 11 bodies identified, 10 of them are Brazilian citizens with five males and five females. The eleventh person was mentioned to be a foreigner.
The identities of the 11 bodies were confirmed through fingerprint and dental records said the medical examiners on Sunday.
The nationality of the foreigner, who is a male, was not revealed by the authorities, however, the embassy representing the foreigner's country has been contacted.
The painstaking identification process is carried out through the DNA, dental records and finger prints provided by the relatives.
After three weeks of search and recovery operations only 50 bodies out of the 228 passengers onboard the flight from Rio de Janeiro to Paris were found.
The black box search has not yet yielded any success either.
