London - Sony Ericsson has launched its latest cameraphone Aino with features that promises to blow the competition away.
Sony Ericsson Aino is a quad-band GSM mobile phone that comes packed with 8.1-megapixel camera with auto-focus, LED flash, face-detection, Geo-tagging and video recording capability (30 fps).
The internet-friendly handset is 3G compatible (HSDPA 7.2Mbps; HSUPA 2Mbps), and supports WiFi and Bluetooth A2DP.
With Aino, users also have access to high quality mobile entertainment as they can enjoy all the latest movies, videos, TV series, photos, podcasts music, Facebook and YouTube on Aino's 3-inch TFT capacitative touchscreen (230x432 resolution) WQVGA display that promises crystal clear viewing.
However, that's not all - Aino also comes loaded with FM Radio, In-built GPS, Accelerometer (like iPhone), MicroSD card slot (8GB included, expandable up to 32GB) and USB connectivity.
Phew! If Aino's no all-rounder, I don't know what is!!
In fact, for those who prefer a traditional keypad, Aino is the perfect handset as the slider phone offers a keypad combined with an intuitive touch UI in media mode.
While Media Go and Media Home allow Aino users to easily transfer content from a computer to the phone, the handset also features Remote Play with PlayStation 3, which allows the user to control and access media content on PlayStation3 from the handset.
"Sony Ericsson has established itself as THE Communication Entertainment brand and Aino highlights our commitment to bringing the latest communication technology to the market in fun and innovative ways for consumers to enjoy," said Alexandre Cardon, marketing business manager at Sony Ericsson.
"Media Home and Remote Play with PlayStation 3 are key steps in broadening the entertainment experiences users can enjoy on their Sony Ericsson phone and gives a taste of our vision of the future," Cardon said.
