AIM Investments appoints new chairman

AIM Investments has appointed Simon Hume-Kendall as non-executive chairman with immediate effect.

He has extensive public company board experience having served as a director on a number of FTSE listed companies.

He is currently an Ambassador in the Kent & Sussex Region for Clydesdale Bank and held the Chair of the regional Ambassadors between 2005 and 2008.

He has a number of personal business interests such as Lamberhurst Vineyard and Bewl Water both in Kent, which earned him the West Kent Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008-09.
