Sirius Real Estate confirms German property talks

Sirius Real Estate has confirmed it is in preliminary talks along with a potential financial partner on acquiring a German property portfolio.

Its statement follows press speculation. The company says discussions are at an early stage and a further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
