Serabi follows up placing with open offer

Serabi Mining has announced an open offer at 1.5p per share to raise up to 317,274 before expenses.

The funding will be used for follow-up exploration around the Palito gold mine in Brazil.

The offer follows last week's placing and is at the placing price. It represents a discount of 25% to the closing price on 16 November.
