Allied Healthcare International's revenues rose 6.4% at constant exchange rates in the year to the end of September.
Operating income rose 37.5% at constant exchange rates in the full year and 16.1% in the fourth quarter to $5m and $17.5m respectively.
For the fourth quarter revenues increased by $6.3m, or 8.4%, to $81.2m, compared with $75.0m reported during the same period in fiscal 2008.
Allied's Homecare revenues grew by 18.5% to $68.1m while Nursing Homes revenues declined by 22.5% to $7.5m.
Hospitals revenues decreased by 28.2% to $5.6m.
After the unfavorable impact of currency exchange of $11.4m, revenues decreased to the reported $69.8m.
For the year ended 30 September revenues increased by $19.1m, or 6.4%, to $317.7m, compared with $298.6m reported during the same period in fiscal 2008.

Total gross profit for the year ended September 30, 2009, increased 7.4% to $97.1m, compared with $90.4m reported for the comparable period in fiscal 2008.
Gross profit increased to 30.6% from 30.3% for the comparable prior period.
Foreign exchange decreased gross profit by $20.8m to the reported $76.3m for the year.
