Computacenter buys certain Thesaurus Computer Services' assets

Computacenter plc - a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services - has acquired certain assets of Thesaurus Computer Services Limited in the UK, from Thesaurus Computer Services Limited and BDO LLP.

It said the acquisition would strengthen its position in the mainframe service solutions market, through bringing a mix of both existing and new customers to our solutions sales capability and an extension to Computacenter?s current skills capability in this area.

The consideration payable in cash amounts to 900,000.
