Tongaat Hulett will publish reviewed second interim results for the 12 month period to 31 December 2009 and then audited results for the 15 months ending 31 March 2010.

The final dividend declaration will coincide with the financial year-end of 31 March 2010.

A financial year that ends on 31 March will correspond with the sugar season in all the countries in which Tongaat Hulett operates.
