Stem cell bank Cryo-Save Group has appointed Arnoud van Tulder as chief executive from 1 May.
He is currently the firm's chief financial officer and will succeed Marc Waeterschoot, who will remain on the board as an executive director.
Chairman Johan Goossens said: "Arnoud has already made a huge contribution to Cryo-Save as CFO, steering us through listing both on AIM and Euronext, embarking on a successful investment and acquisition strategy and taking us into sustained growth.
"We look forward to his continued success as chief executive."
