Mineralogy move to oust Gladstone Pacific directors

Mineralogy has called a general meeting of Gladstone Pacific Nickel shareholders to replace two directors.

Mineralogy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clive Palmer who controls 50.04% of Gladstone Pacific Nickel's ordinary shares.

Mineralogy is seeking the removal of Gladstone Pacific Nickel chairman James Henderson and Benjamin Hill as directors and the election of Vimal Sharma and William Haseler.
