Reform Pharma is planing to withdraw from PLUS.
The firm says the current share price does not provide any benefit to shareholders and while it had been in talks with several merger candidates, none had resulted in anything meaningful.
The management believes its efforts are best spent on developing the company further and increasing its inherent value before coming back to the market at a later date rather than promoting the company in its current phase of development.
