PDT Holdings and Maji Capital Partners Group have reduced their holding in AIM Investments.

PDT Holdings now has a 50.78% holding down from 52.64% while Maji Capital Partners Group now holds 9.27% - down from 11.04%.

AIM Investments plc is an investment company created to assist companies from developing BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) economies to gain admission to London’s AIM market.

The company put in place a new board and adopted a new business plan and investment strategy on last May to take advantage of resilient emerging markets.

The new business model is expected to prove attractive to international SMEs by offering a facilitated introduction to AIM requiring no capital expenditure.

In return, the Company will acquire good quality BRIC stocks taking advantage of low share prices in current market conditions.
