British Airways says that some flights will still operate despite BA cabin crew being on strike for three days from Saturday 20 March and four days from Saturday 27 March.
The Airline says it is currently finalising flight schedules for the strike period but has temporarily stopped selling seats on all flights operating on the strike days.
Latest information indicates that all flights to and from City Airport, including those to New York, will operate as normal.
From Gatwick, all international flights with destinations outside Europe will operate normally.Internal and European flights will be subject to cancellation, although some flights will operate.
For flights from Heathrow, BA has chartered special aircraft for internal and European flights so that some flights at least will operate normally. BA does admit , however, that flights will be cancelled.
For international flights with destinations outside Europe, BA will be using its own aircraft with replacement crews. Again some flights will operate normally, whilst others will be cancelled.
