Green support services company Eaga said it enjoyed continued revenue and profit growth in the year to end-May, recording a 10.1% rise in EBITA to £52m.
There was a 3.1% rise in revenue to £762.2m (2009: £738.9m).
Profit before tax rose 7.5% to £51m (2009: £47.5m).
Adjusted diluted earnings per share were up 7.4% at 14.37p (2009: 13.38p).
The final divided was increased 10% to 2.64p (2009: 2.40p).
Closing net cash balance was £37.9m (2009: £31.3m).
