Happy Birthday Tina Turner! Rock and Roll Queen Turns 72

Tina Turner is like fine wine: she keeps getting better with age. The Rock and Roll queen turns 72 on Saturday and she still looks fabulous!

The leggy singer, who has won eight Grammy Awards, is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee.

Turner's music career began in the early 1960's and her career spanned more than half century. Turner's career started with her husband, Ike, and has produced many hits such as "River Deep, Mountain High."

Besides her powerful vocals, Turner is also known for her styling wigs, sexy and toned legs, and show-stooping stage outfits that include miniskirts, bedazzled short dresses and various leather wears.

Rolling Stone has called her one of the greatest singers of all time.

Turner was born Anna Mae Bullock on Nov. 26, 1939 in Tennessee. She is the daughter of a factory worker and deacon.
