New York Times Best-Selling Authors: Snooki and 5 Other Celebs Who Made the List (PHOTOS)
When Snooki announced she had made the New York Times bestseller list in January 2011, some may have thought it was a sign of the apocalypse. But the pint-sized "Jersey Shore" star is just one of several seemingly underqualified celebrities who can themselves a New York Times best-selling author.
Being a celebrity today means doing it all, from movies to music to fragrances. It's not unusual for a celebrity to extend their reach into publishing. And most of the celebrities on this list have more than one book out in the world.
