When Nissan introduced the 2013 version of a revamped Pathfinder in January at the 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, it was missing, well, an interior.

Nissan flaunted the revamped model of the once-popular Pathfinder, a reboot that Nissan executives and analysts alike said was long overdue. Gone was the "boxy" feel that had come to define the outdated Pathfinder. In its place was a more crossover, sleek design that Nissan pitched as either a "get-your-groceries" car for a soccer mom or a car that could handle any rougher terrain.

But that was only the exterior. On Wednesday at the Chicago Auto Show about a month later, Nissan completed the package -- with a completed interior. The company is still classifying the model as a concept, but it's scheduled to hit showrooms this fall.

Some of the interior features: Heated and cooled leather front seats, heated second-row seats, heated steering wheel -- OK, a lot of heated things. Also: a push button start, a Bose speaker system and multiple user memory settings.

"The Pathfinder Concept demonstrates that when it comes to modern interior design, you can have it all - premium features, versatility and user-friendly technology," said Al Castignetti, vice president and general manager of Nissan North America. "By giving equal priority to both the driver and each and every passenger - including those in the 3rd row - we've created a premium driving experience and environment for all."
