Indian cricketer Yuvraj Sigh, who is undergoing treatment for cancer in the U.S., appears to have lost his hair as a side effect of chemotherapy.  The batsman has posted his photo on his Twitter page which shows him as bald.

In his earlier tweets, Yuvraj had blamed himself for the delay in getting treatment. He had expressed his urge to play for Team India. "I look forward to come back and wear my india jersey my india cap and represent my country again jai hind."

Yuvraj was diagnosed with "lung cancer" a few weeks after India won the World Cup in April last year. He was the man of the tournament at the World Cup.

"He was coughing and vomiting all through the tournament. But we thought it was just the stress, and his desire to excel on the biggest stage... so we ignored it," his mother Shabnam Singh told Indian newspapers.
