The Bonnaroo 2012 line up has finally been announced. Taking the stage for the first time at the Manchester, Tennessee, festival stage are the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The band is set to appear during the June 7-10th festival that has been taking place since 2002 on a 700-acre farm in Tennessee.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers released their latest album, "I'm With You," on August 26, 2011. "I'm With You" was voted the 8th best album of 2011 by a Rolling Stone Reader's Poll, and was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album.
A U.S. tour for the band is kicking off this March. The Red Hot Chili Peppers were originally supposed to begin their tour in January, but was forced to reschedule previous dates because lead singer Anthony Kiedis suffering from foot injuries.
"This," "That," "Which," or "What" stage the band will be playing at is still a mystery. While Roo fans wait for more information, they can at least break out the body paint and watch some live videos of the Red Hot Chili Peppers before they take the stage at the 11th annual Bonnaroo Festival.
