Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez hit off the Lakers Game, Tuesday night at LA's Staples Center. Apart from the "Jelena" duo rooting for their own teams, the crowd also had something to cheer for. The adorable couple was caught on "Kiss Cam" where they had to share a big smooch for the crowd.
Before the big kiss night at the Lakers Game, Selena Gomez wowed the audience at the show "Dancing with the Stars" with her live performance. According to an insider from Hollywood Life, Selena was the best musical guest to have ever aired on the show. The 19-year old singer-actress was the ultimate professional.
"Selena was better than great," says an insider to Hollywood Life. "She did what most artists don't do on the show - sing live. Usually they either lip sync their performance or pre-tape multiple times before the live show to get it just right. But Selena really wanted to do it live and show what she could deliver. The producers attribute her Disney training as the main reason for the work ethic."
While she may have stolen the show with her live performance, the singer didn't stay too long for the show. Sources say she was a bit too excited and anxious about a date night later that evening.
"Selena was very eager for the date and excited about it and talked about it before and after her performance," continued the insider. "She left almost immediately after talking about a big date she had that night, that she had to get to."
By the looks of it, Selena enjoyed her big date night with Justin Bieber. The two, who had barely enough time for each other, managed to squeeze in same courtside fun. The two were even spotted on "Kiss Cam" where they had to share a big smooch in front of everyone.
Ironically, the two lovebirds were rooting for two different teams. While Bieber may be the hardcore Lakers fan, Selena Gomez took to Twitter announcing her support over the San Antonio Spurs.
"LET'S GO SPURS!! LET'S GO!" tweeted Selena.
Too bad for Justin because his lady love's team, San Antonio Spurs, beat the Lakers by 112 to 91.
