Micronetics Inc. (NOIZ) stock rallied 91.99 percent to $14.38 in pre-market session. Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. announced Sunday that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Micronetics. Under the terms of agreement, Mercury would acquire Micronetics via merger for $14.80 per share.
IntegraMed America, Inc. (INMD) stock climbed 19.84 percent to $13.59 in pre-market session. The company announced Monday that it had entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by affiliates formed by Sagard Capital Partners, L.P. for $14.05 per share in cash, or a total equity purchase price of $169.5 million.
Banco Santander S.A. (STD) stock surged 4.75 percent to $6.40 in pre-market session. Banco Santander, one of the Spain's biggest lender, shares rallied as euro zone finance ministers agreed Saturday to lend Spain up to 100 billion euros to restructure its struggling financial intuitions.
Mellanox Technologies Ltd. (MLNX) stock advanced 3.44 percent to $63.76 in pre-market trade. The stock has a 52-week low of $25.81, a 52-week high of $67.20 and $2.50 billion in market capitalization.
