Luka Rocco Magnotta, the Canadian porn actor suspected of having killed and dismembered his lover, has pled not guilty at a court hearing in Montreal.
Magnotta was extradited on Monday to Canada from Germany where he has fled after the body parts of his alleged victim, a 33-year-old Chinese student, were sent to various Canadian government offices.
Defense attorneys have requested that Magnotta undergo a psychological evaluation before the trial continues.
