As they say, blue is the color of royalty and certainly The Duchess of Cambridge is never without it. In addition to that, Kate has a growing affair with sophisticated laces.

When it comes to wardrobes, The Duchess of Cambridge probably has one of the most coveted closets. From designer brands and outfits in every style, Kate Middleton lived like a true to life princess that we only manage see in movies.  

Since Kate Middleton became The Duchess of Cambridge, the world has been keeping an eye on her every move and her every style statement. From bold colors like red, to royal colors of blue and the elegance of lace, Kate certainly knows what fits her.

Although her love for Alexander McQueen is clearly expressed by the amount of clothes she owns from the brand, Kate is also a thrifty shopper. That can be said even before she became Duchess.

She is well known for shopping at discount stores and thrift shops. Apart from that she has repeated some of her designer outfits in several occasions. Now that's a habit you won't see in most royals nowadays.
