Efron, 24, was wildly rumoured to be dating Lily Collins, but the pair has since cooled down. Collins is now reportedly dating Jamie Campbell Bower, her co-star in "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones."
Efron was seen last month cozying up with Swedish model Alexandra Storm during a friend's birthday celebration in Café de Paris, Monte Carlo. But all seems too soon to bring a new romance to the next level.
So there has been no clear-cut sign that the "The Lucky One" actor is settling down with a special someone. The search for a new home may just be a sign of growing up.

Efron's companion in his home shopping quest was his younger brother Dylan Efron. They were seen looking into properties for sale on August 19. Splash News reported the Efron brothers were looking for houses within the $6.5 million range.
Dylan, 20, is probably just accompanying his older bro. But Zac may have told him he could take one of the rooms, and he gets a say on which property to choose. Either way, it was good to see two young brothers making an important decision together.
Zac Efron may have sealed a good deal with his latest fashion endorsement, and decided it is time to use the cash for something really important.
