Toll Brothers Inc. (TOL) stock climbed 5.12 percent to $33.44 in pre-market trading. The company reported the third quarter net profit of $61.6 million or $0.36 per share, up from $42.1 million or $0.25 per share in the same period last year and also topped Reuters' estimate of $0.18 per share.
Nokia Corp. (NOK) stock surged 5.07 percent to $2.90 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.63, a 52-week high of $7.38 and $10.34 billion in market capitalization.
Delhaize Group (DEG) stock surged 4.99 percent to $43.12 in pre-market trading. The company reported the fiscal 2011 operating profit of 935 million euros. Delhaize also reaffirmed its fiscal 2012 full-year underlying operating profit guidance at the bottom-end of the range.
First Solar Inc. (FSLR) stock surged 3.98 percent to $25.10 in pre-market trading. The company stock surged more than 7 percent in regular trading Tuesday as solar stocks rallied after Trina Solar announced that it was going to develop solar power projects in China to boost revenue.

Yelp Inc. (YELP) stock gained 2.53 percent to $19.48 in pre-market trading after plunging more than 6 percent in the previous session. The stock has a 52-week low of $14.10, a 52-week high of $31.96 and $1.16 billion in market capitalization.
CenturyLink, Inc. (CTL) stock plunged 2.15 percent to $40.57 in pre-market trading. The company announced Tuesday that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.725 per share payable September 21, 2012, to shareholders of record on September 11, 2012.
Carnival Plc (CUK) stock declined 2.11 percent to $33.79 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $28.68, a 52-week high of $38.59 and $26.88 billion in market capitalization.
Travelers Companies, Inc. (TRV) stock fell 1.89 percent to $64.00 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $45.97, a 52-week high of $65.72 and $25.14 billion in market capitalization.
