Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi got a box of Italian pastries from Anderson Cooper as a congratulatory gift for giving birth to son Lorenzo Dominic LaValle on Sunday, according to omg! Yahoo News.
The MTV star gave Cooper thanks on Twitter, writing, "Thank u so much. Just got ur gift! We love you Mr.Anderstand!"
The CNN anchor shipped two dozen cannolis from Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, N.J., of "Cake Boss" fame, to Snooki's house.
Cooper and Snooki have a bit of a history, starting with a beef the news anchor had with the reality star's book, "A Shore Thing." The tome to tanning and "guido" ethics made "Anderson Cooper 360"'s Ridiculist, with Cooper calling her "one impossibly lucky, unusually spunky, freakishly tan, beer-guzzling, juicehead-hugging, muscle-loving, Botero body, pint-sized money-making machine."

A Twitter exchange ensued, with Snooki noting her book was a New York Times Best Seller. The two eventually met on camera, which ended with Cooper getting a spray tan and getting the nickname "Anderstand."
Snooki gave birth to 6 lb "Enzo" Sunday morning, tweeting "I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic ! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE'S MY WORLD! ❤"
