A bomb threat at LSU causes traffic jam on campus. Students and faculty are asked to stay away from the school until told otherwise.

Students and staff of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge are being urged by university officials to stay away from the campus until further notice because of a bomb threat.
University spokesman Ernie Ballard on Monday said LSU sent another text to students at 1:36 p.m. CDT to remain off campus as the investigation continues.
"LSU continues to investigate the bomb threat reported earlier today. Please stay off campus unless directed to return," the text read.
A bomb threat was phoned into local 911 after 10:30 a.m. CDT. The school has since evacuated the entire campus. LSU is home to approximately 29,000 students and 4,700 faculty and staff. All events on campus have been cancelled for the day. LSU Police and other law enforcement agencies continue to investigate the threat.

Last week, three other universities in different states received bomb threats but no explosives were found. Authorities are now reportedly looking into whether there is a connection.
