The 31-year-old “Sexy Back” singer married the actress in a private ceremony in Italy after five years of dating.
"It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful, and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends," the couple told People on Friday.
The two were extremely quiet about the nuptials, even being vague with their own guests about the specific location of their southern Italy wedding until the last minute.
At Variety's recent Power of Women event where Biel was honored for her work with Charity: Water, the singer said of his then-fiance, “She's a really, really, really special person."

According to a pal who spoke to the blogger, Biel loved the "original wine country" where Mitchell got married back in 2008. The source said, "The location means a lot to them."
Timberlake and Biel tried their best to keep the final destination of their wedding a secret, and even went as far as flying their guests to Germany first. They later let them know they would be taking a trip again -- "via private jet to Italy, without revealing exactly where their loved ones were headed."
According to one of Timberlake’s friends, "Justin wanted to be very slick with it!"
