Novak Djokovic's Rise in Federer-Nadal Era; Wins 3 Consecutive Australian Open Titles [PHOTOS]
It won't be easy to make one's presence felt in an era when tennis revolves around Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal but Novak Djokovic not only gave them a run for their money but also won major titles before grabbing the World No.1 position from them.

The 25-year-old Serbian on Sunday became the first man in the Open era to win three straight Australian Open titles by beating Andy Murray 6-7 (2), 7-6 (3), 6-3, 6-2 in the final at Rod Laver Arena. He has won four Australian Open titles so far - in 2008, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Beating Murray in the Australian Open final was like a sort of revenge for Djokovic, as he was denied U.S. Open title last year by the former.
It looked like Murray was in for a US Open repeat by winning the first set in a thrilling tie-breaker but Djokovic held his nerves in the following sets, wrapping up the match in the next three sets.
The win on Sunday not only consolidated Djokovic's position as the World No. 1 player but also took his grand slam tally to six. The present tennis players who have more grand slam titles than him are Federer with 17 titles and Nadal with 11.
At 25, Djokovic still has a few years of active tennis to play and can win more grand slams.
Maybe the Serbian will become a fear-factor for Federer and Nadal in the days to come, unlike in the past.
