Chris Brown has allegedly been involved in an all-out scuffle with rival musician Frank Ocean.

Police were called out to the Westlake Studio in the L.A after the R'n'B stars got into an altercation after a disagreement over a parking space escalated, TMZ reports.

Brown, who recently reunited with on/off girlfriend Rihanna, was at the studio listening to one of the artists he represents when they brawl involving six people broke put.

Sources close to 23-year-old Turn it Up hit maker claim that it was Ocean who instigated the fight after his entourage blocked Brown as he emerged from the late night session.

According to the spy Ocean told Brown: "This is my studio, this is my parking spot."

After Brown apparently attempted to shake Ocean's hand he was "attacked by one of Frank's people."

Ocean then "came at Chris. Chris pushed him away and they started brawling," the sources added.

Brown was not there when officers arrived at the scene.

However, following the incident Ocean took to Twitter to offer his version of events.

The Thinkin Bout You Hit maker later added: "Cut my hand now I can't play with two hands at the grammys."

It is also claimed that the LAPD are keen to talk to Brown and are referring to Ocean as "the victim" because he stuck around to speak with police.
