The piece of information comes from a Korean analyst who reportedly confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be announced in September.

Samsung is expected to make an announcement about the Note 3 at the upcoming IFA event. Considering the fact that the first Galaxy Note was unveiled at the same trade show in 2011 and the current Galaxy Note 2 was also introduced a couple of days ahead of the IFA 2012, during a special Samsung Unpacked event.

This year the IFA event is scheduled to begin from 6 September. Keeping in lines with the launch pattern, Samsung is likely to announce the Galaxy Note 3 during an Unpacked event from 1 to 5 September, reports Android Geeks.

Another possible reason for the September lunch of the Note 3 is reportedly related with the next-gen iPhone. Apple is expected to unveil the next iPhone a few weeks after the IFA event. This again indicates that the next iPhone and the Note 3 will enter the smartphone market somewhere around the same time frame.

Coming back to the technical aspects, the Galaxy Note 3 was rumoured to use Snapdragon 800 chip featuring a quad-core Krait 400 CPU, with each core running at clock speeds up to 2.3GHz. Additionally, the Snapdragon 800 chip integrates new Adreno 330 graphics unit which reportedly delivers two times more performance for compute applications over the current Adreno 320.

Besides, the Note 3 is expected to feature a 13 megapixel camera sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (IOS) and shutter functions.

The Galaxy Note 3 is reported to feature a 5.99in Super AMOLED full HD display. It will run on either Android 4.2.2 or Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and feature the latest TouchWiz nature UX user interface with S Pen function.
