Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 was the big winner at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards.

The final installment of the hugely successful vampire-themed fantasy series of films, based on novels of the same name by Stephenie Meyer, won a total of seven awards.

The film won awards for Best Romance and Best Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Kristen Stewart, who played Bella Swan, received awards for Choice Movie Actress (Sci-Fi/Fantasy) and Choice Movie Actress (Romance), while former boyfriend and co-star Robert Pattinson, who played vampire Edward Cullen won Choice Movie Actor (Romance).

Stewart and Pattinson's co-star, Taylor Lautner, picked up the award for Choice Movie Actor (Sci-Fi/Fantasy) and Kellan Lutz, who is best known for playing Emmett Cullen, received Choice Movie Scene Stealer.

Fans were eagerly waiting to see if Pattinson and Stewart would appear (either separately or together) for the event, following their highly publicised split. Stewart and Pattinson ended a four-year relationship last year, after it was confirmed the 23-year-old cheated on the Remember Me actor with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Interestingly, no winner was announced for the Liplock award, in which the two were nominated.

Though they escaped making a public appearance, the two may have to confront each other at a Twilight cast reunion.

"There is a Twilight barbecue and get-together a few of the cast members are trying to plan on a weekend near Thanksgiving - when things aren't too crazy on everyone's schedule," an insider told Hollywood Life, "But everyone feels awkward, because they of course want to invite Rob and Kristen, but no one knows if they will be okay to go to the same function together. It's really awkward."
