Just over a month after his split from Demi Moore, it seems that Ashton Kutcher could already have her replacement lined up.

The 31-year-old actor spent what was expected to be gloomy Christmas, with a Demi look-alike, writer and director Lorene Scafaria.

Even though Kutcher's business partner, Matt Mazzant, also tagged along for the festive trip, Kutcher and Scafaria seemed awfully cosy in each other's company.

Kutcher seemed unfazed by his impending divorce and the attention that he was receiving as they happily posed for pictures together on their trip.

A source also told US Weekly magazine that the couple shared a romantic meal for two.

"They shared spaghetti and he paid," the source said.

The star even posted a snap of the trio on their holiday on his Twitter, and included the caption: "Roman holiday with homies"

Demi, 49, called time on their six year marriage back in November following claims that he had cheated on her.

Kutcher, who appears to be coping with the split, has now added to mounting speculation that Lorene, who wrote Nick And Nora's Infinite Playlist and is the writer-director of the upcoming Steve Carell/Keira Knightly comedy Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World is his new flame.

Meanwhile, according to the New York Post, his estranged wife spent Christmas Eve dancing at a poolside bar at the Caribbean, where she is holidaying with daughter Rumer Willis.
