Screenshots from Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Rogue has apparently leaked online.

Posted to a Chilean Assassin's Creed fan page, the screenshots depict a man with a gun apparently chasing down and shooting an assassin in the series' trademark white costume.

The images also confirm a 11 November release for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC game, which will serve as a companion piece to Assassin's Creed Unity, which is being released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

A game for last-gen systems was confirmed with the announcement of Unity, though no further details were given. It is likely we'll learn more at next week's Gamescom conference in Germany.

A ship can also be seen in one of the screenshots and in the background of the game's cover, hinting that the sailing mechanic from last year's Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, will make a return.

Another screenshot shows an Assassin in a black version of the series' famous assassin's outfit. This might be the same man seen with the gun, though in the final shot we see him wearing a different outfit.
