The USP of the Asus Zenfone 2 is its pricing. An unlocked high-end variant of the Zenfone 2 can be purchased for $299 (£191), while a comparatively low-end edition costs $199.

  • Order on Amazon: Amazon US is currently accepting orders for Asus Zenfone 2, bearing model number Z3551ML, and the e-tailer is selling both the 16GB and 64GB variants of the smartphone priced of $199 and $299 respectively. Amazon US is also claiming to ship orders free of cost within two to four weeks of placing the order.
  • Order on Groupon: Groupon has also listed the devices for the same price as Amazon, for the 16GB and 64GB variant of Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML. On Groupon, the 2GB RAM 16GB internal storage version and the 4GB RAM 64GB internal storage variants of the Zenfone 2 ZE551ML can be ordered in colour variants such as gold, red and silver.
  • Buy on Newegg: Newegg has also listed the Zenfone 2 ZE551ML 2GB RAM (16GB internal storage) and the 4GB RAM (64GB internal storage) variants priced at $199 and $299, but the e-tailer is offering a free Fremo 3,200 mAh external power bank, on purchase of the Zenfone 2, for a limited period. Colour schemes offered to customers are red, gold, black and silver.

Where to buy Asus Zenfone 2 in Europe

Apart from the US, Zenfone 2 series smartphones have been launched in Europe, and are currently up for purchase in France. The Zenfone 2 ZE551ML is priced at €349 ($376, £254), the Zenfone 2 ZE550ML at €249 and the ZE500CL at €179.
