Thanos
Thanos will be the main villain in the two-part Avengers: Infinity Wars Marvel Studios

Fans have seen a glimpse of Thanos in Avengers and Guardians Of The Galaxy, sitting on a throne, collecting Infinity gems. That is going to change going into the third phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Actor Josh Brolin, who voices the mad titan, teases a much more significant role in the two-part Avengers: Infinity Wars releasing in 2018 and 2019. In an interview with Superhero Hype, the actor revealed that playing the character was one of his best decisions. "We're supposed to get together very soon to talk about the trajectory of Thanos in the next few years and it's very exciting. It's one of the better decisions I think I've made."

The actor also spoke about the hard work that goes into bringing Thanos to life. Brolin shared, "It's not voice work, it's mo-cap. I'm there. I'm there and I'm not in a booth. I'm being filmed."

"I have a bunch of crap on my face. I'm being filmed by like thirty-four cameras? Thirty-six cameras? Something like that. Every movement, everything. So, it's very new to me, it's very exciting, it's very unnerving. But I sure trust these guys!" he added.

Previously, the actor spoke to Collider about his villainous character, which pits him against all the Avengers in the movie. Brolin said, "It's the type of character where it's him against all of the Avengers, which is fantastic in itself, but doing it is a very different type of acting. So I was a little nervous in the beginning."

Brolin will be seen as Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War Part I, which is scheduled to release on 4 May 2018, and Part II that is to be released on 3 May 2019.
