Disney is planning another Beauty and the Beast movie, but this time it will be infusing life in the classic fairytale.

The latest to join the cast of the film include Ewan McGregor and Stanley Tucci. The former will play the character of Lumiere, one of the major supporting roles in the live action thriller, who turns into a candlestick butler by the curse that falls on the prince's castle.

While Variety reported that Tucci will play the role of Cadenza the grand piano, a new character to the realm who is described as a neurotic maestro.

The character of Belle will be played by none other than Emma Watson, who was flawless as Hermione in the Harry Potter franchise. Dan Stevens will play the Beast/Prince in the movie, which is reportedly slated to release on 17 March 2017.

Luke Evans will play the main villain Gaston, who tries hard to win Belle but repeatedly fails in his attempts.

The film will be an adaptation of the Disney classic that narrates the story of a young woman who falls in love with a monstrous prince.

The cast for the movie includes Josh Gad as Le Fou – Gaston's loyal sidekick – Ian McKellen as Cogsworth and Audra McDonald as Garderobe.

Filming for the Bill Condon-directed movie will begin in May at Shepperton Studios in London.
