Benson Henderson and Jorge Masvidal will clash in the welterweight bout during the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Fight Night 79 at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul, South Korea, on 28 November [Saturday].

Where to watch live

The Main Card event starts at 10:45am GMT. Live streaming of the link is available on the UFC's official website and the fight can be streamed on the web using UFC's Fight Pass for Early Prelims and Main Event. The fight between Henderson and Masvidal is set to start at 1pm GMT.

Overview

For the first time South Korea will host the fight in their country on Saturday as UFC enters another Asian country. Henderson is the former lightweight champion and this will be his second fight in the new category after defeating Brandon Thatch in February.

Thiago Alves was the top contender to face the 32-year-old American. However, he opted out and that gave a chance for Masvidal to face his compatriot in the UFC Fight Night 79.

Even Masvidal is a lightweight competitor and has now decided to move to the new category. The two former lightweight fighters will clash against each other for the welterweight bout at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena this weekend as Henderson remains the favourite to win.

What Benson says

Benson Henderson: "I'm always in the gym, I'm always training, I'm always working my butt off. If they need somebody on two days' notice, one day notice, well guess what? I'm ready. I'm good to go, especially going up a weight class to 170. I can make the weight on a day's notice, no problem. I'm a company man, so give me a call."
