Beyoncé Knowles Release Limited Edition Fragrance Inspired by Mrs Carter Show World Tour

Beyoncé Knowles Carter has released a limited edition fragrance, which joins her Heat line-up of perfumes. The 31-year-old R&B superstar, presently on a break from her Mrs Carter Show world tour, calls her newest fragrance Beyoncé Heat: The Mrs Carter Show World Tour.

According to the New York Daily News, the fragrance opens with mangosteen, pink pepper and açai. There are also heavy floral notes, including those of violet petals, jasmine and orchid. Beyoncé Heat: The Mrs Carter Show World Tour finishes with vanilla, Australian sandalwood and organic Indonesian vetiver.

"I love my music, I love performing and most of all I love and appreciate my fans. I wanted to give them a special remembrance of this tour and I created this scent to reflect the power, passion and playfulness I put into my performances," Beyoncé explained.

"I want women to feel sexy, strong, empowered and I want them to feel like they can conquer anything. When they walk into a room, I want them to feel like they can leave a lasting impression on everyone they walk past," the former Destiny's Child star wrote on the Web site for her fragrances line.
