Beyoncé is preparing to perform at the Brit Awards for the first time in 10 years.

The Drunk in Love hitmaker, will reportedly join this year's impressive line-up which includes acts such as Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams and Lorde at the annual ceremony held at London's 02.

Queen B, who last performed at the Brits in 2004 when she picked up Best International Female, was due to take to the stage last year but was forced to bow out as her new album was not complete.

''Beyoncé is on. The only reason this has not yet been announced officially is because the Brits guys are nervous that it could all go wrong again," a source told the Sun newspaper.

''But what I can tell you is that in her camp it's 99.9% on.''

Her performance comes hot on the tail of her raunchy duet with her rapper husband Jay Z at the 2014 Grammy Awards.

The 32-year-old star stole the show with some cabaret-style dancing and twerking while wearing a sheer black bodysuit.

The music power couple, who are rarely seen indulging in public displays of affection, held hands, kissed and even gyrated suggestively on stage.

"I don't have any shame about being sexual. I'm not embarrassed about it. And I don't feel like I have to protect that side of me," Beyoncé previously said about being sexy on stage.

The 34th Brit Awards will be broadcast live on ITV at 8pm GMT on 19 February. James Corden returns for hosting duties.
