US rapper Big Sean has hinted that he is ready to take his romance with Ariana Grande to the next level.

During a candid sit-down with Larry King, the Dark Sky Paradise rapper revealed that his relationship with the 21-year-old pop star had gotten "pretty serious".

When the talk show host asked "Is she gonna get married?", the smiling star said: "Aw, man. Not right now."

Although Sean called off his engagement to Glee star Naya Rivera, it looks like the hip hop star is still determined to get his happily ever after in the near future.

When King quizzed him about getting hitched and having a "Little Sean someday" Sean said, "Eventually, that's the goal."

His revelation comes days after ex-fiancée Rivera was slammed as "petty" after announcing her pregnancy on the same day he released his new album. The actress, who is expecting her first child with husband Ryan Dorsey, revealed her baby news on her blog on 24 February.

Back In October 2013, Rivera and the Mercy rapper, born Sean Anderson, got engaged after a whirlwind romance. But within months, the couple had gone their separate ways despite previously gushing about their love.

In the wake of their acrimonious split, Rivera accused Big Sean of stealing from her and he branded her a "crazy bitch" in his track I Don't F**k with You, which was allegedly inspired by their turbulent romance.

In July 2014, Rivera married Dorsey in an intimate ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on the same day she had planned to marry Big Sean.

Big Sean and Grande confirmed their relationship in August after they were pictured holding hands backstage at the 27th annual MTV Video Music Awards.
