Police in Birmingham have closed parts of Bromford Lane in West Bromwich after a suspicious package was found. As a precaution, a 100m cordon is in place until the contents of the package are identified. Motorists are advised to avoid the area. The road has been shut between Farnhurst Road/Drews Lane and St Margarets Avenue/Fairholme Road.
Bromford Lane, Birmingham and some other surrounding roads CLOSED due to suspicious package found at around 3:50pm this afternoon.
