Full-time: Bournemouth 1-3 Chelsea

Three minutes of time added on; Conte makes his final change with Kurt Zouma trotting on for Moses.

And here comes Willian to replace Pedro for a quick run-out. Chelsea are minutes away from another three points.

A change for Chelsea; Hazard comes off with Cesc Fabregas entering the fray for the final seven minutes.

Chelsea are strolling towards the final whistle at the moment.

Moses nearly makes it four! The wing-back is freed down the inside right channel and brilliantly shimmies inside Daniels. He opens up room to shoot but Boruc makes himself big, making an important block.

Ibe gets the crowd going again, driving into the Chelsea box at speed and winning a corner for his side. It doesn't come too much mind, with Smith's eventual effort on goal blocked.

It's a real struggle to stay excited over the last 15 minutes of this match. As a contest, it is over; Chelsea are going seven points clear again.

Here's that change for Bournemouth; Jordon Ibe on for Pugh.

Brilliant from Marcos Alonso! The Spaniard wins the argument with Luiz to take the free kick and curls a sublime effort over the wall and into the top corner. Outstanding execution, and that might have just killed off Bournemouth.

Goal! Bournemouth 1-3 Chelsea (Marcos Alonso, 67)

Chelsea win a free kick on the edge of the Bournemouth box as Costa is cleaned out by Cook. That's a poor challenge but somehow he avoids a booking. Meanwhile, Jordon Ibe is getting ready to come on for the home side.

The free kick is laid off to Francis who tries to blast one through the wall. A deflection takes it up and over and into the path of King, but he is well offside as the ball drops down to him.

Kante is penalised 25 yards out from goal after a couple of attempts to clip the heels of King who is surging towards the penalty area. It's a booking for the Frenchman and another chance for Bournemouth to try and test Courtois.

Alonso whips a terrific low ball across goal with Costa lurking in the six yard area but the Chelsea striker connects with nothing but fresh air as he swings his left peg at it. Another rusty moment from him.

Close from Fraser! The winger receives the ball on the edge of the D and hits a low effort across goal, but it veers just wide of Courtois' post.

Chelsea should have just extended their lead perhaps. Smith lunges in an attempt to close down Alonso but the Spaniard easily steps over his challenge. He cuts in from the right with options in the six yard area but his cross is far too close to Boruc who easily collects.

And we are back underway at Dean Court. Can Bournemouth do Tottenham a favour here and fight back?

Half-time: Bournemouth 1-2 Chelsea

Two minutes of time added on here as we approach the end of the first-half.

Bournemouth pull one back! There is a big slice of luck involved however with Josh King's powerful strike taking a wicked deflection off Luiz to take it past Courtois.

This game needed that; it was looking a bit like a Chelsea training session a few minutes ago.

Goal! Bournemouth 1-2 Chelsea (Josh King, 41)

Chelsea should have a third. It is far too easy for the away side as Hazard saunters in from the right unchallenged, dinking a ball into Moses. He leaps across Francis to get to the ball but pings a header past the far post.

Diego Costa is looking a tad rusty today. In addition to that scuffed effort that led to Chelsea's opener - which will surely go down as a Bournemouth own goal - his first touch has been very loose and has lost his fair share of duels so far.

Eden Hazard

Bournemouth defenders could only watch on as Eden Hazard doubled Chelsea's lead.

Afobe denied by the post! Bournemouth come alive with Wilshere spreading a fine ball wide to Daniels. He lifts in a beauty of a cross which the Cherries striker meets sweetly on the volley. It looks destined for the bottom corner, but it comes off the inside of the post, off the back of Courtois, across the face of goal before it is hoofed away! Incredibly unlucky for the former Arsenal youngster.

Fraser slams his effort straight into the wall and Chelsea clear.

Wilshere plays a neat one-two with Pugh and tries to drive through the heart of Chelsea but is pushed over for Luiz. Here might be a chance for Bournemouth from this free kick, which is about 20 yards out.

Bournemouth are bang in trouble. Eden Hazard has just made it two, easily darting in behind the Cherries defence to latch onto Kante's pass and driving into the box. A neat body swerve deceives Boruc and the Belgian has the easy task of rolling it into an empty net.

Goal! Bournemouth 0-2 Chelsea (Diego Costa, 18)

Chelsea break the deadlock and Diego Costa has his 50th Premier League goal in Chelsea blue. Luiz is given far too much time on the ball and he easily picks out Moses on the right, who looks inside to find the Spain international. He brings the ball down on the turn but completely miss hits his effort. Luckily for him, it takes a deflection of Adam Smith to take it past Artur Boruc.

Goal! Bournemouth 0-1 Chelsea (Diego Costam 16)

Here come Bournemouth on the break. Wilshere threads a ball through for Fraser who races towards the Chelsea goal with Luiz backing off. Cahill gets back to help out his partner and the presence of the two of them manages to put off the Cherries winger, who blazes well wide.

Azpilicueta picks up the ball just inside the Bournemouth half and curls a brilliant diagonal ball through for Hazard, but the bounce just takes it out of his path as he breaks into the box.

The cross comes in but Courtois easily deals with it, despite having the sun battering down straight in his face.

Moses miscontrols a pass out on the right and it invites Charlie Daniels to put him under pressure. Moses scurries back to try and get it back under control but slips, leaping over the ball in a pretty blatant attempt to shield it from the Bournemouth full-back. He's shown a yellow card and Bournemouth can swing this into the box.

Bournemouth have everyone back behind the ball when it is with Chelsea with Benik Afobe the first line of defence.

Thibaut Courtois is forced into an early save to stop David Luiz putting past his own goalkeeper! The Brazilian tries to clear Fraser's cross but nearly sticks it in his own net, drawing a decent save out of his goalkeeper.

And Chelsea get us underway at Dean Court.

Manchester City 3-1 Hull City
Stoke City 1-2 Liverpool
West Brom 0-1 Southampton
West Ham 1-0 Swansea City
Middlesbrough 0-0 Burnley

Tonight is the Nathan Ake Derby at Dean Court. Cherries boss Eddie Howe was disappointed to see the young defender recalled by Chelsea in January and while he is still to feature in the Premier League for the Blues, Antonio Conte insists bringing the Dutchman back was the right decision. Even though he isn't even in the squad tonight.

"Yes, I think this was the right decision. For us it was the right decision for him to stay in our squad. Also because, for us, it's important to check our players and then to see the improvement.

"We find a player who is able to stay in the squad, to give him the possibility to show me and the club their capacity, so why not? I'm happy to have Nathan with us. It's not easy when you arrive and you have, before you, five central defenders who are really good.

"But I'm pleased with his commitment and his attitude. He's a good player. It was right to bring him with us in this season."

Eddie Howe makes just one change to the Bournemouth side that left Anfield with a point midweek with Ryan Fraser coming into the starting XI. Harry Arter and Jack Wilshere start in midfield.

Antonio Conte makes two changes to the Chelsea side that saw off Manchester City midweek. Victor Moses is back after missing two games due to a calf injury with Nemanja Matic also coming back into the team. They replace Cesc Fabregas and Kurt Zouma.

Bournemouth team to face Chelsea: Boruc; Smith, Francis (c), Cook, Daniels; Fraser, Arter, Wilshere, Pugh; King, Afobe

Subs: Allsop, Cargill, Ibe, Mousett, Gradel, B.Smith, L.Cook

Chelsea team to face Bournemouth: Courtois; Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill (c); Moses, Kante, Matic, Alonso; Pedro, Diego Costa, Hazard

Subs: Begovic, Terry, Zouma, Chalobah, Fabregas, Willian, Batshuayi

BREAKING: Victor Moses returns to the Chelsea starting XI, Nathan Ake fails to make the match day squad against his former loan club.

Nathan Ake was having the best season of his young career on loan at Bournemouth during the first-half of the 2016-17 season, only for Chelsea to cut that deal short during the January transfer window.

Rather predictably, that has changed since his return to Stamford Bridge where he is yet to make a single appearance in the Premier League. Is Eddie Howe still frustrated with it all?

We were of course disappointed to lose him, because he was an integral part of our team. But that's Chelsea's right. [He's] their player, they could recall him.

"I've got no problem with it. But obviously it impacted on us on that time, we've missed him. Not just on the pitch but off the pitch, because he's a great lad and he fitted so well into our team.

Antonio Conte on Victor Moses

"Victor Moses trained with us yesterday and today. I have to check his situation and then make the best decision tomorrow for the team. But he is available. No other injuries."

Team news: Chelsea

Victor Moses has missed the club's last two games after suffering a calf injury against Stoke City. Pedro has filled in during his absence but the Nigeria international is in contention to regain his place in the first-team this evening.

Eddie Howe on Dan Gosling and Ryan Fraser

"Gosling is 50/50 probably. It's going to be difficult for him to be involved so soon. But we'll wait and see. We'll obviously give him every chance to declare himself fit.

"He just took a whack to his knee, so we're not quite sure what the damage is. I think he's had a scan, so we'll wait and see.

"Ryan's fit, it was just a case of managing his load on the back of no training and the injury that he had. We just felt it prudent not to play him three times in a week. We'll wait and see on our team selection."

Team news: Bournemouth

Elsewhere for the Cherries, Junior Stanislas may return following a groin problem and fellow winger Ryan Fraser could be promoted back to the starting XI after only appearing as a second-half substitute at Liverpool midweek.

Team news: Bournemouth

Dan Gosling is the Cherries' biggest concern ahead of kick-off. Eddie Howe confirmed in his press conference this week the versatile midfielder is a doubt having missed the midweek draw at Liverpool.

Andrew Surman meanwhile is expected to miss the remainder of the season due to a knee injury – meaning there is room for Jack Wilshere to force his way back into the starting XI and leave an impression before his loan spell expires.

Realistically, we were two minutes away from the Premier League title being wrapped up last Wednesday. Chelsea led 2-1 against Manchester City, Tottenham trailed 1-0 at Swansea City Had those results finished that way, the gap between the London rivals would have been 10 points - enough to end the hopes of even the most optimistic Spurs fan.

Of course, it didn't finish that way. Three goals in six minutes saw Tottenham turn things around. A 4-0 thrashing of Watford early on Saturday afternoon means the gap between first and second is now just four points ahead of kick off tonight. A win for Chelsea of course will extend it once again and take Antonio Conte's another step closer to sealing their crown. But Bournemouth have the chance to open the whole thing up again tonight if they can rock the boat like Crystal Palace did at Stamford Bridge a couple of weeks ago.

Stick around, all your team news is on the way.
